Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Account Closure & Service Termination
Bb999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason or no reason, particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations. Any legitimate funds remaining at the time of account closure will be returned through the normal process, unless an investigation into the source of funds or account activity is ongoing. Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Applicable clauses of the Terms & Conditions will remain in force even after account closure, such as provisions relating to intellectual property and dispute resolution.
